治療反応の判定にはEULAR反応基準EULAR response criteriaEULAR反応基準（EULAR response criteria）EULAR response criteria（EULAR反応基準）を用い、改善幅と到達後の絶対値の両方で良好・中等度・不変を区別する。改善幅が大きくても到達後の値が高いままなら「良好」ではなく「中等度反応」にとどまる。
限界と使ってはいけない場面
