咽頭の解剖、生理、診察

🧠 全体像：咽頭は鼻腔・口腔から食道・喉頭へ続く線維筋性管で、呼吸、嚥下、共鳴、粘膜免疫mucosal immunity粘膜免疫（mucosal immunity）mucosal immunity（粘膜免疫）、中耳換気に関わる。上咽頭・中咽頭oropharynx中咽頭（oropharynx）oropharynx（中咽頭）・下咽頭hypopharynx 下咽頭（hypopharynx）hypopharynx（下咽頭） の境界と内容物を押さえると、症状と腫瘍進展 tumor progression 腫瘍進展（tumor progression） tumor progression（腫瘍進展） を局在できる。

区分

リンパ流とワルダイエル咽頭輪

• コンピュータ断層撮影（CTCT, computed tomography）は骨・石灰化・深部進展、磁気共鳴画像magnetic resonance imaging, MRI 磁気共鳴画像（magnetic resonance imaging, MRI）magnetic resonance imaging, MRI（磁気共鳴画像） は軟部組織・神経周囲進展perineural spread 神経周囲進展（perineural spread）perineural spread（神経周囲進展） に優れる。
